Bringing good products in a good way
We are a family, with fields of mainly olive groves, these lands have seen the history of our family
Our olive oil is the fruit of our trees - some of which go back hundreds of years.
We set up Bueno Imports to be able the have direct shipment of fresh olive oil, without any other "middle companies" degrading the quality of our oil. When you buy our product, it is fresh, pure, direct, and you can see this for yourself - just by the taste.
Growing up in these fields has made these lands feel like home. Pedro's local roots and passion for creating an excellent final product is what keeps a delicious olive oil on your table.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We are currently importing Extra Virgin Olive Oil directly from Spain to the USA, this guarantees a fresh, pure system to insure that what you are buying is the same product we are collecting from our trees.
Extra Virgin is a classification which means the absolute highest quality and most expensive olive oil. It has no defects and has the flavor of fresh olives. It is produced entirely by mechanical means without using any solvents neither temperatures that degrade the oil.
The best oil is cold pressed. The oil is obtained through pressing the fruit with a press. Cold pressed olive oil retains all of its flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.
Most olive oil comes enroute from Italy, but this does not mean the the oil is Italian. In fact most of the olive oil purchased in America has switched so many hands and companies that it is very difficult to know what you are buying. Our olive oil has a different story: our EVOO is pure and shipped directly from the olive press to the states. When you buy Sierra de las Cabres you can buy with confidence.
The olive is a fruit, now when the olive is just picked it has a very strong bitter taste, it needs some time for this taste to soften, but being food it also has an expiration date, old olive oil loses its healthy properties as well as its fresh taste, optimum usage is within 6 months and 2 years from time of picking.
